You know I've just had a long and frustrating conversation with a different host about their 99% up time guarantee. It appears this only applies to the server being up. It doesn't cover them having accidentally deleted PHP or screwed up an install and thus "disappearing" your site. So the server can be completely empty but as long as it's still running then you can't claim compensation. :-/</description>
