Yet another hosting problem hence the hugely interesting PHP code on the right instead of the usual links. I’m in the process of shifting the whole lot to a new host who hopefully doesn’t suddenly decide to completely bork their set-up. Normal service will be resumed…….

Oh well lookit that. The links are back again.
You know I’ve just had a long and frustrating conversation with a different host about their 99% up time guarantee. It appears this only applies to the server being up. It doesn’t cover them having accidentally deleted PHP or screwed up an install and thus “disappearing” your site. So the server can be completely empty but as long as it’s still running then you can’t claim compensation. :-/
